Returns

Due to the nature of our product (incense sticks), we currently do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share clear photos of the product

Refunds / Replacements

• Approved cases may receive a replacement or refund

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days

 

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept returns/refunds for:

• Used products

• Change of mind
